I discovered Pilates two decades ago and have been teaching since 2020. Pilates has helped me through injuries and a twin pregnancy among others. I really hope for you to discover how Pilates can have a positive influence in your life.

Pilates helps develop a strong abdominal, back, butt and deep postural muscles to support the skeletal system. Pilates strengthens the centre (powerhouse), lengthens your spine, increases your body awareness, builds muscle tone and allows you to gain flexibility.
